Os queques foram feitos com base nesta receita, do Cannelle Et Vanille mas como cá não há estas farinhas (ou se há são caras ou não se encontram facilmente) fiz com farinha normal e acrescentei canela. O sabor da manteiga "castanha" faz toda a diferença!

The muffins were made based on this recipe, from Cannelle Et Vanille but here there is no such flours (or if there is, are expensive or not easily found), so I made them with all-purpose flour and added some cinnamon, to me, an indispensable ingredient to any apple recipe. The taste of the "brown" butter makes all the difference!
